The Portuguese architect Ricardo Bak Gordon won this year's edition of the FAD Architecture Prize, considered by experts as the most prestigious award Iberian this area, the Order of Architects announced, coming to reinforce the importance of Portuguese architecture in the international arena.
Riluc and his team of creative designers Stainless Steel Furniture could not fail to congratulate him for receiving the prestigious award.
The work that gave recognition to the Portuguese architect was the project "Casas de Santa Isabel," a group of houses a block of Lisbon.
Delivered by Arquinfad, Barcelona-based association dedicated to the promotion of Architecture and Interior Design, FAD prizes are awarded for 53 years to works built in the Iberian Peninsula.
Speaking to AFP, the author of "Houses in Santa Isabel ', built at Rua Saraiva Carvalho (Ourique Field, Lisbon), preferably ex-aequo with a hotel in Cáceres for the FAD Architecture 2011, considered that the allocation of this reward means "an increasingly recognize the importance of Portuguese architecture in the international debate."
